Carriwell Hot & Cold Pack Intimate - Pink

Warming it up in some water and placing it on my sore stitches after delivery was a game-changer for the first few days. The soft pink fabric is gentle against sensitive skin, and having both hot and cold options means I can use it for different kinds of discomfort.

The cold pack helped a lot with the swelling, and the shape fits perfectly under loose shorts. I've been rotating them between the freezer and my sore spots, which works great.

Using it warm after my first postpartum shower was honestly a relief—the pack stays flexible even when heated, so it contours well. Only wish the cover came with it to keep it cleaner.
