My daughter was born a month early and under 50cm, so I was worried about her sliding around in the car seat. The movable headrest lets me adjust everything just right, and she stays perfectly snug and supported without any slipping.

Our micro-preemie finally fits securely in the car seat without sliding down—the adjustable straps let us get a snug, safe fit even for her tiny frame. The soft black fabric also cleans up nicely after spit-up incidents.

The movable headrest is a lifesaver for keeping our tiny newborn secure without them sliding down. It fits perfectly for her size under 50cm, and the adjustable strap makes positioning a breeze. Finally a car seat insert that actually works for preemies.
