The customization is the best part—I picked 4 Tonies characters and the bag holds them perfectly with room to spare. Setup took under ten minutes, and my kid has been carrying the whole bundle around nonstop since it arrived.

We ended up swapping out two of the characters after the order went through, and the process was surprisingly smooth. The bag is sturdy enough for daycare trips, though I wish the zipper pulled a bit easier.
